     Owner/Stylist Shea Presgraves was born and raised on the Outer Banks. She completed the cosmetology program at Rudy and Kelly Paul Mitchell Academy in Virginia Beach, VA and has been working in the beauty industry since 2015. Shea established Veil and Vanity Beauty Company to advance her presence in the wedding industry and pursue her passion for enhancing peoples special moments by making them feel their best. We have a team consisting of 4 Stylists to accommodate wedding parties of any size. Veil and Vanity provides onsite hair and makeup services for weddings and special events on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
